Hysteresis calibrationą

To correct non-linear distortions in sizes of the sample and objects on it, that arise due to piezoceramics hysteresis, a calibration file is used. This calibration file generated by "FemtoScan" program using the data entered by user (see 2.2.4).

If you have a calibration file, you can use it by selecting Calibration tab and enter a path to it in a field that appear.
