Obtaining It(Z), It(Ut), F(Z), D(Z) curves

User can start curves obtaining by selecting \includegraphics[height=10pt]{buttons/start}/ F(Z) Scan, D(Z) Scan, It(Z) Scan, It(Ut) Scan start menu items. As a respond to this command window will appear in which obtained curves are represented. Green curves correspond to forward probe movement (trace), red curves correspond to backward movement (retrace). The curves are scaled to fit the window. If N Scans field value in parameters window differs from 0 then specified number of curves would be obtained. Scanning result is averaged by number of obtained curves. If in N Scans field "continuous" value is set than scanning does without averaging and scanning process runs until interrupt it by pressing \includegraphics[height=10pt]{buttons/stop}button or by selecting SPM/ Stop Idle menu command. In this case result of the last scan will be stored. It is possible to obtain these curves in specified surface point. To do this select Scan/ It(Ut) at... or Scan/ It(Z) at... (in STM mode), Scan/ F(Z) at... in AFM mode, Scan/ D(Z) at... in RAFM mode menu item, or corresponded command in \includegraphics[height=10pt]{buttons/precise}button menu.

Then mouse pointer change its appearance to aim-like. Aim this pointer to the place where you want to obtain the curve and left-click the mouse. Then curve will be obtained using coordinates that corresponds to the selected point starts.
